What is your minimum order quantity?
Custom packaging orders start from 1,000 pieces. The final minimum depends on your box structure, material and printing requirements. Share your quantity so we can confirm the right production option.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send your box type, quantity, length × width × height, measurement unit and delivery country. Tell us whether the dimensions are for your product or the box; for box dimensions, specify inside or outside. A reference photo, logo and any print or finishing requirements help us quote more accurately.
Can you help with box size and artwork?
Yes. Send a product photo and dimensions, or your preferred box size, along with your logo or existing artwork. We can discuss the structure, paper and print layout. Design scope and any related charges are confirmed with your quote.
Can you print my logo inside and outside?
We can discuss custom logo printing, colors and finishes for your box. Inside printing is available for suitable materials and structures. Tell us which surfaces need printing; the additional work is included in your project quote.
Can I review a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We can arrange a sample for you to review the size, structure and finish before bulk production. Sample costs, delivery and any differences between the sample and final production are confirmed for your project.
How long does production and shipping take?
Our typical dispatch estimates are 3–7 days for samples and 7–15 days for bulk orders, subject to project confirmation and required approvals. Complex finishes or large quantities may take longer. International shipping time is separate and depends on the destination and service.
How can I reduce the cost per box?
Quantity, dimensions, board choice, print coverage and finishing all affect the price. Larger production runs often lower the unit cost. We can compare quantities or simplify the structure and finish to help match your budget.
