Can rigid boxes be shipped flat?

A standard glued lid-and-base box keeps its shape and usually ships assembled. A collapsible rigid box is a different construction; feasibility, cost and appearance must be reviewed separately.

Can the box hold several products?

Send the dimensions and weight of each item, together with your preferred arrangement. We can discuss dividers or inserts and check the fit in a sample before production.

What do I need for a quotation?

Send the quantity, product or box length × width × height, units, delivery country and a reference image. For box measurements, specify inside or outside dimensions. Add your logo, print requirements and target delivery date if available.

Can I check a sample first?

A sample can be arranged to review the size, construction and finish. We confirm sample charges, courier costs and the approval process for your project before proceeding.

What are the minimum order and lead time?

Custom orders generally start from 1,000 pieces, with the final minimum confirmed by structure and finish. Typical dispatch estimates are 3–7 days for samples and 7–15 days for bulk orders after the required approvals, subject to project confirmation. International transit is additional.
