Cartons are normally supplied flat, with gluing completed where the structure requires it. Assemble or erect them when packing your products. This keeps storage and shipping volume lower than comparable assembled cartons.
Send your delivery country, postal code, quantity and preferred shipping method. Freight is quoted from the confirmed packing dimensions and weight.
Is 14pt the same as a paper weight in gsm?
No. Point (pt) specifies board thickness, while gsm measures mass per area. Different paper grades can have different weights at the same thickness. If you have a required caliper or gsm, send it so we can confirm the stock.
Can I include a window or an insert?
We can review a window cut-out, patching material or paperboard insert with your product and artwork. The design must leave enough support around folds and closures; final details are confirmed in the sample.
What do I need for a quotation?
Send the quantity, product or box length × width × height, units, delivery country and a reference image. For box measurements, specify inside or outside dimensions. Add your logo, print requirements and target delivery date if available.
Can I check a sample first?
A sample can be arranged to review the size, construction and finish. We confirm sample charges, courier costs and the approval process for your project before proceeding.
What are the minimum order and lead time?
Custom orders generally start from 1,000 pieces, with the final minimum confirmed by structure and finish. Typical dispatch estimates are 3–7 days for samples and 7–15 days for bulk orders after the required approvals, subject to project confirmation. International transit is additional.
